1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DocFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Credits and Payments

DocFlow offers subscription plans and credit top-ups processed via Razorpay. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Unused credits expire according to the terms of your selected plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use DocFlow to generate fraudulent offer letters, fake degrees/certificates, or any materials that violate applicable law or infringe third-party intellectual property. We reserve the right to suspend any account violating these guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

DocFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall DocFlow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
